Me and My Shadow...

Here's an interesting thought- a shadow government. Ben Klemens of the Brookings Institute suggests that the Democrats form a cabinet with designated members assigned to follow the moves of the real executive branch, specializing in each particular area of government, leading the opposition, and highlighting the alternative approach to each issue and situation that evolves over the next four years.
